friend this is an image from ur notes on P-P rearrangement...what changes took place in last two steps is unclear to me..can u throw some light on the last two steps?

Subho is correct...if you want a more accurate diagram -:

It's simple ring opening. In the last step, as there is no nucleophile present, a proton is lost and a double bond is formed, as that is the only way the cation can be relieved of its charge.
