here's a nice one.

1) 2-pentyne ---------------> (NaNH2) gives A ----------> (methyl chloride) -----------> B -------->(NaNH2) C ---------------->( ethyl chloride)D

the one in the brackets is the reagent added. and A,B,C,D are the intermediates and products.
