Isomers creating trouble...

An isomer of Prop-2-en-1ol (B) gave a compound C containing 62.8% of Chlorine with PCl₅.

C gives back B on being treated with aq. KOH. Find the structure of the isomer.

I know it's easy, but the ans does not seem to match with the given one.
