2nd one will be most nucleophile

followed by 3rd then 4th and then 1st..

My reason.. + I effect on O will be in this order....

Check if correct?

nucleo 'philicity' = love for nucleophile...

=> species should be more deficient in electrons

then only it can love nucleophiles...

so if we compare among the four,

second one has 3° carbon, so highest electron concentration ... [i think uundrstant wat i wanna say !! ]

and similarly think for the rest of them....

nuceophile has a tendency to 'give' electrons...

but in nucleophilicity, the compound has to be e- - deficient...

1
vector ·

but given compds r not e deficient

1
skygirl ·

areyyy ... not deficient dear...

but compare the electron richness of each of them ...

compare among themselves...
