Does Hydroboaration oxidation has to do something to do with sterichinderance??Why??

three alkyl groups has to be attached with boron atom so borob will prefer the less stearically hindered site so OH group comes on less steric hindered carbon atom

It's a concerted process. check it out in wiki . steric hindrance doesn't matter much .

It follows anti markownikoff addition . that's all I know.
