Then an intramolecular electrophilic attack then with treatment with H⁺ form alcohol..

Note: the negative charge might have attacked other molecule of reagent to give............................(fill in the blanks :P) but as entropy change is favourable in intramolecular attack although ring strain opposes its formation..

so a mixture will be there..
