2 > 1 > 3 because in 2 there is resonance stabilisation by benzene ring, in 1 there is resonance stabilisation by allyl cation, and 3 there is instability by vinyl cation formation.

i think it shud be 1 > 2 >3 bcz in 1 the carbocation can be stabilized thru resonance even without disturbing the aromaticity of benzene ring , and it can be stabilized thru resonance by benzene ring also, and that too with extended conjugation

so 1> 2 ....
