AlCl3 attacks Cl and a carbocation is formed which acts as an electrophile and attacks the benzene ring at ortho position...

i guess it shud b NF3...
bond overlap is more effective due to small size difference and it is difficult for H2O to cleave the bond also due to high charge density...

PCl3 hydrolyses to give H3PO3...

NH2- is a strong base...

CH3+ is polar..
