see the hybridisation of carbon on which the negative charge is there : it is sp2 hybridised...and the empty p orbital which is perpendicular to the plane is in conjugation through mesomeric effect...so the carbonion cannot be stabalised by resonance as it is not in the plane....so the carbonion is stabalised by inductive effect..if it's a single correct question then answer shud be A if it's multi correct then A and C...
