i think increase

on addition of NaOH ..the equilibrium of dissociation of acetic acid will be forward shifted..so more ions will be formed as degree of ionisation increase..hence conductivity increases...

since NaOH is added it will furnish OH^- ions which will absorb H⁺ ion from CH₃COOH thus decreasing concentration of H⁺ ions and this will faciliate forward reaction of dissociation of CH₃COOH hence more conc. of CH₃COO^- will be left in the soln. thus increasing conductivity
