oh .......Cr is having +3 oxidation state and Co has +2.......am i rite........

@Terminator. I think u r wrong coz if Co has +2 oxidation state then the charge is not balanced.........

See +3 +2 -6 = -1 which is not the case here. The complex is not having any charge. Hence O.S of Co has to be +3....

in these case,

find the net anionic charge..

by net i mean ... 'whole' anionic charge present from both the units..

then distribute this charge equally among both the cations.
