Now by using Faraday's law...let's take the number of moles of C2H6 as x
So we have :
0.5 * 96.45 * 4/5 * 1/2 = 96.45 * 103 * x
so x = 0.012
so no. of moles of CO2 = 0.024
total no. of moles of gases = 0.036
Now using PV = nRT
we have
74/76 * V = 0.036 * 0.082 * 300
V = 0.890 litres
