why shall we waste his precious time ? i am sure he has better things to do in life(pun intended)
heres the solution:

radius of balloon (r) = 10m
volume of balloon (v) = 4/3pi r^3= 4190.5 m^3
mass of displaced air = 4190.5 * 1.2 = 5028.6 kg

moles of He(n) = (1.66 * 4190.5* 10^3) / ( 0.083 * 300)= 279.37 * 10^3 moles
mass of He = moles * atomic mass=1117.48 * 10^3 gm
mass of filled baloon = 100+1117.48 kg

pay load = mass of displaced air- mass of filled balloon
= 5028.6 - 1217.48 = 3811.12 kg
are u satisfied now dude???

Weight of balloon =100 Kg =10*104 g
Volume of balloon=4/3 *pi*r3
= 4190*103 litre
Weight of gas(He) in balloon = PV/RT
= (1*4190*103*4)/(0.082*300) =68.13 * 10 4 g
Total weight of gas and balloon =78.13 *10 4 g
Weight of air displaced = 502.8 * 10 4 g
Pay Load =502.8 * 10 4 - 78.13 *10 4
= 424.67 *10 4 g

So check ur answers !!!
