i think the enthalpy is given per mol
then the answer just
-1.5*(3271)=-4906.5

I think you have to consider ΔnRT part

ΔH=ΔU+ΔnRT

@manish: bhaiya by using this we are getting -3659KJ which none of the options above! i think that they must have given the wrong answer!
