vapour pressure...Ques

1.Calculate the vapor pressure of 0.1M aqueous solution of non-electrolytes at 75°C.

2. Calculate the molality and molarity of a solution made by mixing equal volumes of 30% by weight of sulphuric acid(density = 1.2 gm/ml)and 70% by weight of sulphuric acid(density=1.60 gm/ml).

Q1 there are many things missing which must be given in the question
it must be mentioned if the solutes are volatile or non volatile also density of water at 75°C must be given
let density of water given at this temp = d
also molar mass of solute is also necessary
for non volatile solutes:

vapour pressure of solution= p°x1
p°= original vp of solvent(water here)
x1= mf of solvent

now p° value for water at ntp/stp(25°C) is about 0.0263atm
using the formula:

ln(p2p1)=
Hv2.303R
(T2-T1T2T1)
we can find vapour pressure of water at 75°C if we know the heat of vapourisation Hv of water
for calculating mf--> x1
molar mass of solute is required

i think in the first ques she wanted to ask lowering of vapour pressure but evven then im confused....
