calculate the work using the concept that the area under the P-V diagram gives the work done
then we can use
ΔE=ΔQ-ΔW

IN THE QUESTION U MUST HAVE MENTIONED THE DIRECTION
IF IT IS ANTICLOCKWISE
THEN THE AREA IS POSITIVE

IF THE DIRECTION IS CLOCKWISE THEN THE AREA IS NEGATIVE

see the graph is VP graph first

but that too does not guarantee that the shaded region will be the area.. there are a lot of things in this one... you have to be careful..

the path is not known well..

net heat supplied wll be the area of the circle..
