isothermal conditions na , so P_{1}V_{1} +P_{2}V_{2}=P_{3}V_{3}

where P1 , P2 P3 are excess pressures . and V are volumes

so solbing you get the relation.R=\sqrt{r_{1}^{2}+r_{2}^{2}}

in case of buble it is 4T/r...rite.....2T/r is for a drop......
