An air bubble of volume V is released from the botoom of a lake which has depth of 11m. find the volume of the bubble at the surface of the lake. the water ha s density 1000 kg/m3. at the release point of the bubbleand at the surface,temperature is 4 degrees. the atmospheric pressure is 1,01 x105 N/m2

as T=const.. hence isothermal expansion takes place.
At surface P = P0 and at release point P = P0 + ρgh
So,
PV = P0V'
==> V' = (P0+ρgh)V/(P0) = 1.1*105*V/(1.01*105)
= 1.1V/1.01
= 110V/101

at the release point of the bubbleand at the surface,temperature is 4 degrees.

read this and assumed isothermal .. otherwise b555 pls post questions with grammatical punctuations....

ok asish it is just an assumption we cant conclude that it is an isothermal expansion.

dharun wats given in the qn abt the nature of expansion pls let me know.
