In a multiple choice question there are four alternative answers, of which one or more are correct. a candidate will get marks in the question only if he ticks all the correct answers. The candidate decides to tick the answers at random. if the is allowed upto 3 chances to answer the question, find the probability that he will get marks in the question.

The possible answers are

a, b, c, d, ab, ac, ad, bc, bd, cd, abc, abd, acd, bcd, abcd

total no of possible ans=15

probability=3/5=15

Sourup Nag U dont multiply it by 3 as he makes 3 choices. Think on this part a bit more friend.... although the answer will be 1/5
