1 is second smallest u cant measure( cant express in terms of 8 and 5 )
like that 2,3,4 also cant be measured(same reason)
but 5 can be measured by putting one 5 gram on one pan
6,7,9 cant measure(no combination in terms of 5 and 8)
8 is measurable also 10 is measurable by two combinations of 5
11,12 not measurable but 13 measurable(one 5 and one 8 combination)
like that find out largest weight u cant measure and remember that number is not so big
