if the old couple had not got down , then the bus would hav gone further and the rock would not hav fell on the bus... and the bus would not hav met with accident.
1yeah. if ur answer is that they could have saved time by not getting down, so as to prevent the simultaneous falling of the rock and passing of the bus, then ur answer is right :)
