I got three ways..
33 - \left(\frac{3+3}{3} \right)

( 3! * 3!) - \frac{3!}{3} - 3

3^{3} + 3 + \left[3^{\frac{1}{3}} \right] where \left[. \right] is GIF....

Adding two more..

33 - \frac{3!}{3} + \left\{3 \right\} where \left\{. \right\} denotes fractional part ..

3^{3} - \left[-3.33 \right] where \left[. \right] is GIF..
