24paint can never be deleted dude..........as faar as i know
click start menu,go to run,type mspaint and then enter....
paint should open up..

THAT IS A REALLY SAD PART............ANYTIME U INSTALL ONE THING FROM THERE U WILL LOSE FOUR OTHERS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :)
