guys i think i got a new value for log 2 ....... pls correct me if rong

1+x + x^2 .......................infinity = 1/1-x ..........

integrate both sides ..

x + x^2/2 + ............ = ln(1-x) - ln(1)

put x = 1 .....

ln0 = 1+ 1/2 + 1/3 + 1/4 ....................

@shraman the derivation is wrong

first of all 1+x+x2 + .... = 1/1-x is valid only if lxl < 1 u have taken x=1 so not valid

secondly, ln(1-x) = -(x+x2/2 + ... ) and NOT x+x2/2 + ...
