let m be a rootof the first eqn
then 1/m is the root of the second eqn

1... am^2+bm+c=0
2... a1/m^2 + b1/m +c1= 0

now eliminate m from both the eqn..
n u will get a relation in a,b,c,a1,b1,c1.
