first of all rationalise and then split it into two terms
in first term put x2=t & in second term put x4=u

u can also proceed bt taking x = a tanθ,
after this use 2nd substitution by taking cos2θ = t2

u will get the ans

hey this one is simple..

jus substitute... x2 = a2 cos2θ ... bus then proceed...

(wenever there is x2+a2 only, put x=atanθ
but if both x2+a2 and x2-a2 are there, then most of the times x2=a2cos2θ substitution helps...)
