(i) mirror is along x - axis
(ii) mirror is rotated by 45° anti-clockwise from x-axis
(iii) mirror is along y - axis

Yes :).....check out the slope of the mirror and the slope of the incident ray :)

Yup... both are 45° from the x axis... i.e. slopes are the same...
