a straight line through a (-5,-4) meets the lines x+3y+2=0,2x+y+4=0 and x-y-5=0 at b,c,d respectively..........
if (15/ab)^2+(10/ac)^2=(6/ad)^2
then the equationof the straight line??

a straight line thrugh -5,-4

(y+4) = m (x+5) => y = mx+ 5m-4 -------[ i]

now, get the point of intersections b,c,d of this line wid the other lines in trems of 'm'.

u are given another eqn.

put b,c,d there... so u will get the value of 'm'.

put it in eqn. [ i]
