prove that the tangents to circle x2+y2=5 at the pt (1,-2) also touches x2 +y2 -8x +6y +20=0 and find pt of contact.

1. find eqn of tangent using 1st circle & gven point
2 if perpendicular distace btw. centre of 2nd circle & tangent comes out to b equal to length of radius then it touches
