prove that the tangents to circle x²+y²=5 at the pt (1,-2) also touches x² +y² -8x +6y +20=0 and find pt of contact.

1. find eqn of tangent using 1st circle & gven point
2 if perpendicular distace btw. centre of 2nd circle & tangent comes out to b equal to length of radius then it touches
