1. If the vectors a=3i+j-2k, b=-i+3j+4k and c=4i-2j-6k constitute the sides of triangle ABC, then find the length of the median bisecting the the vector c.

there is a direct formula for median given the length of sides of a triange..

I think it is called appolinius theorem.

it was in ICSE(class IX) if i remember correctly
