The line joining A = ( b cosα,b sinα ) and B = ( acosβ,asinβ ) is produced to a point M(x,y) so that AM:BM = b:a. Prove that
x+y tan(α+β2) = 0.

Use the property of the angular bisector....

From the third vertex, the angular bisector divides the opposite side in the ratio of a:b where a, b are the lengths of the sides...

Here that is what is happening

So you have to find the angular bisector of the lines

y=xtan α and y = x tan β
