(1)If no of ordered pairs (x,y) satisfying lyl = cosx & y = sin-1(sinx) is m when l x l≤2∩ &

n when l x l ≤ 3∩

Then

A)m+n = 0

B)m+n =2

C)m+n =10

D)n-m =0

E)n-m=2

(2)If the no of solutions of ln l sinx l = -x2 + 2x , x ε [0,Π] is m

& x ε [-Π/2,3Π/2] is n

I got the probs by using graph as u said(one graph was given in qs paper under comprehension)

But it takes a lot of time to draw n put them here

It is fine uttara.. it does take a lot of time to draw them on a computer.. but on a paper, i find it sometimes the easiest way to solve such problems
